AGENCY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Job Focus:
- Motivating, training and developing existing agency leaders and agents to deliver their respective monthly targets consistently through successful implementation of co mpany strategies and tools
- Planning and recruitment of new leaders and agents as per company's goals, targets and objective.
- Supporting new leaders in their review and implementation of recruitment strategies for down-line leaders and agents.
- Conducting regular one on one coaching with agency leaders to review and achieve their respective KRA targets.
- Ensuring high conversion and activation from the NLA (newly licensed agents) and the conversion of agents to new leaders
- Building and maintenance of a strong relationship with all leaders and sales agents that would result to high retention of team members.
- Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Commu nications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent
- With at least 1 -2 years experience in Corporate Sales
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional corporate presentation and negotiation skills.
- Detail oriented, creative and ambitious
- Must be very willing to travel around the country.
- Male/Female 25-35 years
- Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
