Tier II Tech Support Agents ( Cebu City )

Responsibil ities:
• Be assigned to a specific customer base (consumer or small to medium-sized business) and product (hardware/software, workstation, server/networking)
• Help customers solve a wide variety of technical problems and offering suggestions that provide a more complete solution to their needs some routine and straightforward, some complex and challenging.
• Work in a friendly, fast-paced environment where personal initiative is rewarded.
• Become an expert in the product that you support or sell; learn valuable technical knowledge, problem solving skills, and state-of-the-art contact center tools.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 6 months call center experience is required.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
