Is currently looking for:
HR ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- To handle preliminary screening of applicants for clerical and contractual positions.
- To schedule applicants for interview.
- To administer and check pre-employment examination.
- To ensure that all newly hired employees has completely submitted the pre-employment requirements.
- To prepare and serve employment contracts and monitor the expiration of employment contracts especially project-based, contractual employees and serve extension of contract notice and or termination of contract notice as needed.
- To ensure timely/regular submission of employment notification of all newly hired employees to government agencies such as SSS, BIR, PHIC and Pag-IBIG.
- To prepare regular movement and termination report of Contractual employees and ensure timely submission of such report to DOLE
- To upkeep and safe keep all human resources and administration department's pertinent records and files as well as timekeeping works and payroll encoding works
- To prepare interoffice communications, correspondence, requisitions, forms, and reports as needed or required by the Administration
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in, Psychology, Human Resource Management or any other behavioral course.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field
- General knowledge of labor code and practices]
- Good in oral and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Cebu and Visayas region.
