ARCANYS is a Swiss company based in Cebu City. Arcanys partners with IT departments and consulting firms in Switzerland and the USA to extend their development teams, in the fields of e-commerce websites and solutions, database applications, mobile applications and other fun projects.
We are looking for
RECRUITMENT / HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER / TECHNICAL RECRUITER
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will possess a solid, stable employment background
- Network in the local community that allows for activities within Universities and other public/private establishments for the purpose of recruiting the highest qualified talent
- Appropriate college degree and/or experience
- Very strong written, articulation and presentation skills in English language
- Solid understanding of programming technologies and IT profiles
- Ability to express complex thoughts with ease
- Ability to work independently to task completion
- Ability to grow their own recruitment team as the company continues to expand
- Ability to be client facing in partnership with Business Development, Operations and Talent Engagement teams
- Ability to work as a member of a multinational team
Responsibilities:
- Source, Screen, Test and Pre-Interview external and internal applicants
- Record recruitment activities using database
- Create and manage within budget under direction of the Vice President of Operations
- Produce appropriate presentation materials as needed for client meetings
- Understand the local recruitment market, including compensation means and ability to accurately express comparisons
- Recruitment Manager is considered to be a "key leader" within Arcanys. High expectations to demonstrate:
> independence of thought & action
> express new ideas which suppor t company health & growth
> out-of-the box mentality
> intrinsically motivated to achieve highest results
- All work to comply with local and country laws, customs and practices
- Focus is mainly on IT/Software development candidates and various verticals within the call center industry/SEO and Marketing spaces
