JOB – DESCRIPTION
Job – designation: MEASUREMENT ENGINEER
Main duties
1. Acoustic measurement supervision
- Support and coach production engineers of measurement cells for in-line acoustic measurement
- Calibrate and do pre-maintenance for hand group station.
- Regularly calibration of measurement systems for Dev. and Ref. Stations
- Carry out acoustic measurements for product analysis and quality check.
- Setting up and checking acoustic test signal for reliability test.
2. Other
- Checking and setting up external resources for testing and analysis.
- Communications with expert in headquarters.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering major in Electronics, Automation or Physics; prefer major related to acoustic area,
Minimum job experience-preferable
- Working experience in an automatic production line - minimum of 3 years.
- Working experience of programming with Virtual Instruments Software such as Labview.
- Experience in operating standard test systems like AP, Sound Check or similar acoustic test systems.
Special knowledge and character
- Knowledge about IEC/GB test standards for audio devices such as IEC268.
- Willing to do analysis and troubleshooting work.
- Creative and aggressive.
- Team player.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
