• Not more than 35 years old
• With pleasing personality and brain
• Graduate of a 4 year course in Accountancy
• Must be CPA licensed
• Can work longer hours
• Computer literate
• Trustworthy
• Good in oral and written communication skills
• Must be customer oriented
