Global Visas is a young company with offices in UK, Australia, USA, Canada, South Africa, India and the Philippines. Within an energetic friendly environment we are looking for experienced sales professionals to join our growing team of Migration Sales Consultants.

As a Migration Sales Consultant you will be instrumental in speaking to warm leads, identifying their individual needs and future goals and assisting them to become a Global Visas client.
Your daily duties will include:
Making outbound calls to either "warm" or "hot" leads (no cold calling) provided, to assist them by answering questions in regards to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up. You will be working as part of a small but busy team who will be dealing with prospective applicants from all over Australia & internationally who come from all walks of life.
Who we are looking for:
Someone with a bright, friendly personality and a professional phone manner
A hard worker who takes responsibility for their leads and their results
Good organizational and time management skills
Thorough, diligent work habits and the will to achieve
Manage a high level of enquiries via the telephone
Proven experience selling services via telephone
Maintain accurate records on our database
Ability to think on your feet. We provide full training but all calls are unscripted.
The skills required are:
Excellent client skills
Ability to meet sales targets
Ability to use CRM systems with great attention to detail and strictly adhere to the work process
Self motivated
Ability to time manage & meet client deadlines
Proven experience in providing telephone sales services
The skill to adapt your communication techniques to your individual customer
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 12 months sales experience.
On offer
Base salary TBC
Exceptional monthly commission programme.
Work hours. Monday to Friday 9:00 6:00
