Winterwood, Inc. is a full service property management company specializing in affordable multifamily properties based in Lexington, Kentucky. Our management professionals have 30 years combined experience in property management. Our areas of expertise include a variety of government financed, insured and assisted housing for both the elderly and families.
We are currently looking for the ff positions for our Cebu shared service center:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
• A graduate of IT course or its equivalent
• Must have 2 years of work experience
• Expert in using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic Application
• Must have knowledge procedures in information technology and management of a Microsoft enterprise network system
• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
• Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
