SALES COACH
Responsibilities:
- Come up with the most effective ways of training sales associates
- Help the associates in building relationships with customers, properly preparing and carrying out a sales call
- Give the associates advice on communicating information that relates to sales
- Analyze performance and impact of efforts
- Develop new sales techniques and tips
- Work with Supervisor and Manager on the hitting sales targets
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of any 4 year course
- Must have at least 1 year call center experience
- Proven sales background
- Must have sales coach or trainer experience
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
