We are in need of:
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Qualifications:
• Male or Female, 30-45 years old
• With at least 5 years of solid experience in all Human Resource Function (Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and others)
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and current Labor Jurisprudence
• Excellent skills in employee relations and counseling.
• Proficient in manpower planning, performance appraisal, and formulation and implementation of HR policies
• Able to apply a high degree of discretion and exercise sound & mature judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
• Must have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for details and good in time management.
