OUTBOUND CALL CENTER AGENTS
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
> Lead generation and qualification, following up enquiries
> Outbound calling and qualification of prospective clients
> Cold calling to obtain contact details
> Able to create and manage customer database
> Knows social media and email marketing
Skills & Abilities:
> Good sales and negotiation skills
> Organizational skills, especially prioritization
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills
> Numerate, used to working with Excel
> Ability to absorb and retain new knowledge and information
> Friendly and polite telephone manner
> Confident and outgoing
> Excellent communication skills
> Planning and organization
> Able to work across a team
> Tenacity
> Driven to win business
