Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or any behavioral related course
- Preferably female and not more than 35 years old
- Computer literate
- Has a good balance of IQ and EQ
- With solid experience in functions of management and management systems
- Has the ability to organize and systematize the HR department and training needs of the company
- Can adapt to the company's fast paced growth
- Willing to travel
- With good interpersonal skills
