Currently we are looking for:
ASSET MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing detailed transaction support, and the day-to-day communications necessary to ensure accurate timely billing detail and contractual compliance in a managed service model.
• Work closely with the Geography based teams (CMC, Finance, WW LS) the LS field team and occasionally the customer.
• Responsible for following the WW Standard Practices for Asset Management/ARMS, Toner Reconciliation, Warranty Entitlement,
• Consumable Management, Order Management and all Billing Details Documents.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years operational and/or field experience.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics, Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, significant Excel experience.
• Experience with distribution, logistics and order management processes.
• Experience in managing major projects with multi-discipline team members.
• Significant experience in providing documentation and follow-through in written communications form.
• Experience with the delivery of operations through the use of technology solutions.
• Strong focus on the customer and the operational aspects of the business.
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
