STAFF TRAINER
Job Overview:
- We are looking for an individual to create and manage short/long term training strategies for ALL our staff, both rank and file, and also managerial.
- You will look to develop particular skills that will assist individuals to achieve company goals and help managers effectively manage all aspects of their dept. You will also look to optimise dept admin processes, KPIs and organization with a view to streamlining processes, making them simple, effective and aligned with company targets and interests.
