Currently we are looking for:
MATERIALS & PURCHASING MANAGER
Qualifications:
1. Engineering graduate (or any related sciences) with good scholastic records.
2. At least 2 years management experience in Materials planning and purchasing.
3. A good exposure in local and overseas material purchase.
4. Has a good knowledge in MRP systems.
5. Can speak and write good English and can communicate very well in various U.S. accent.
6. Has a very flexible personality and can work well with the team.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide the Company an excellent supply chain management for both local and overseas materials needed for OTD.
2. Creates a production plan and initiate needed revisions from time to time as needed.
3. Timely coordinates plan to all involved member of the organizations as well as to overseas counterparts.
4. Is very kin and quick in appropriately responding to the satisfaction of the Costumers' ever changing needs.
5. Maintains important files and records.
6. Maintains an array of local and overseas purchasing contacts.
7. Provides monthly/yearly and periodic review of materials/inventory status performance as maybe needed.
8. Flexibility on accepting multi-tasking situation depending on Company situation/needs.
9. Performs other job requirements as may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
