CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Psychology, or any Behavioral Science Course
• Male or Female; Not more than 35 years old
• At least 1 year experience in designing, developing and delivering customer service programs/training modules in relation to restaurant business/operation
• Must know how to plan, implement and monitor especially on service-related issues
• Must have the ability to adapt to different levels in the organization
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
