- B.S. or BA Psychology, Management or any business/HR related course
- Strong competence in implementing HR functions such as training, employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies and regulatory compliance
- Willing to occasionally work in the field
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
