Position: TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
We need experienced technical support representatives to support international clients via phone, email and chat.
Skills:
- Strong written and oral English communication;
- Technical trouble-shooting skills;
- Strong phone and chat support skills;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Willingness to work in shifts;
- Information technology qualifications or certifications an advantage;
- Web development and/or system administration knowledge an advantage.
Tasks:
- Answer technical queries by phone, email, chat or instant messenger;
- Coordinate technical tasks; and
- Undertake other technical and customer service tasks as required.
