TreadStar Communications is a website development and hosting company located in Troy, Virginia. We have been providing online solutions and consultation to a variety of markets both locally and abroad since 1998.

TreadStar Communications is looking to open an office in Cebu City to further expand our capabilities. We are currently looking for that special person to help us open our office and ultimately become the office/project manager for a web development team.

Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years experience in the web development field. Experience with project management software is a must and experience with some or all of the following is preferred: PHP, MySQL, CSS, CMS, JavaScript, SEO, Social Media Marketing, WordPress, Audio and Video Editing, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring staff, managing the local office, and overseeing the project management duties. Most importantly this candidate will become the spokesperson for our company in the Philippines and will also be called upon to interact with our mostly American clientele.

Salary is commensurate with experience and the local economy. We offer a liberal holiday and vacation schedule and the hours of operation will be normal business hours for Cebu City.
