HIMLAYANG PILIPINO PLANS, INC.
(Then Himlayang Pilipino Life Plan, Inc .) was incorporated in 1978. In that same year, it pioneered the concept of the Fixed-Value Life Plan, a plan that provides a specific amount to the planholders' beneficiaries to cover memorial service expenses. At that time, the Life Plan industry talked of only the Traditional Life Plan where one discussed caskets and all the uncomfortable details of a memorial service. Eventually, other pre-need companies also branched into the Fixed -Value Life Plan, now a multi-billion peso industry.
In 1992, HPPI launched the fixed-value Assured College Education Plan or ACE Plan to respond to the priority concern of parents for the education of their children. Then in 1997 up to April 2000, the company launched and sold the Solid Pension Plan.
Presently, HPPI's paid-up capital stands at P150 million after SEC's approval of its increase in capitalization to P150 million. HPPI's 32 year experience in the pre-need business has always been acknowledged as shown by the steady growth of its clientele base.

► Meets the sales target of the branch
► Builds and manages a sales organization
Qualifications:
► Male/Female, 35 years old and above
► Graduate of any business related course
► Must have at least 5 years of managerial and sales experience
► Able to recruit, organize and motivate sales people
► Hardworking and result-oriented
► Must be a resident of Tagbilaran City or Dumaguete City or the nearby towns
