CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
- We need experienced customer support representatives to support international clients via phone, email and chat.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and oral English communication;
- Affinity with western culture;
- Ability to create original content;
- Typing proficiency;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Efficiency;
- Work ethic;
- Strong phone and chat support skills;
- Strong customer service skills; and
- Sound basic computing skills.
Tasks:
- Answering customer queries by phone, email, chat or instant messenger;
- Providing general, technical, sales and/or billing support to end clients;
- Taking messages;
- Scheduling appointments;
- Processing orders and other customer-related tasks;
- Posting to Internet forums and blogs;
- Performing data gathering and research tasks;
- Data entry; and
- Data gathering or data mining (e.g. online searches).
