COMPANY SECURITY SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
• Must have a five (5) years security related management experienced.
• Four (4) years degree preferred.
• Experienced in Shipping Security Operation is an advantage.
• Must be skilled in the aspect of conducting site security survey, security risk management, safety implementation, deployment, training and management of security personnel.
• Must be skilled in the aspect of selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining of the security personnel / employees.
• Must possess exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Must be able to compose, edit, and proof read reports and correspondence.
• Must be proficient in and be able to use Microsoft Office to develop crime analysis reports and databases.
• Seminar/Certificates in SSA & SSO is advantage.
