Currently we are looking for:
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (CASHIERING) - ROBINSONS SUPERMARKET
Responsibilities
• Ensures that all cashiers and baggers are properly trained and knowledgeable of all standard work procedures required in the performance of their functions and ensures the proper scheduling of cashiers; no unnecessary closing of terminals during peak hours. Submits also accurate reports and daily updates on time.
• Ensures the smooth flow of cashiers' transactions and the scheduling of cashiers based on the stores' peak hours and volume of transactions.
• Oversees timely replenishment of cash funds.
• Ensures adequate change fund and coins for all cashiers on duty at all times.
• Ensures the availability and adequate supply of packaging materials and related items.
• Handles all customer-related issues in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ensures the proper training of cashiers and baggers before deployment in the check out terminal.
• Ensures that all cashiers, baggers and information clerks render excellent and effective customer service.
Requirements
• Must be Female, not more than 35 years old;
• Must be graduate of any Business-related course.
• At least 5 years of working experience in cash operations and management from the retail industry or service oriented company like fast food and restaurants.
