Audit and Training Specialist
Qualifications:
Function as primary Auditor, Standardization, and Training specialist for the Customer Service Department
Develop & conduct Audit to sub-departments regularly.
Define job responsibilities, supervise and review performance on an ongoing basis.
He/she must be able to help on identifying the gaps of each department based on the standards or checklist.
Must be able to compare and align the current documents to the actual processes.
Communicates the process owners / or the system owners on the result of the findings.
Help on the creation of the possible solution of every issues and gaps that has come up with the actual audit.
Responsible for maintaining and constantly checking and updating the process procedures.
Drive continuous improvement. Should be able to demonstrate results, analysis, and actions to improve.
Possible outputs: Gap Analysis, Documentation, Process Mapping, etc.
Researches, writes, and creates new training materials
Must have excellent facilitation and training skills in an adult learning setup
Able to conduct and coordinate training activities to a target population.
Familiar with the principles of Train-the-Trainer
Develops, analyzes and evaluates training requirements to keep current
Consults with staff members, public and private representatives to keep training information current
Writes reports, memoranda, correspondence, newsletters, bulletins, and evaluation certification and records
Develop training plans
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
One year of experience in adult training or educational program development, and a bachelor's degree in education, sociology, psychology or a related field. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted
