Business Support Manager
Qualifications:
• Preferred experience: customer service application systems (Siebel or other), ERP (SAP or JDE) and telephony, internal IT helpdesk management
• Very strong problem (application system) resolution skills
• Experience defining and managing transition from project release to operational support
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex system issues into plain business language
• Strong management experience, defining and managing global system applications support processes & metrics.
• Proven record of building high performing teams
