Qualifications:
At least a graduate of any four-year course preferably in Social Sciences or business management
• At least 10 years of HR experience with extensive practice in compensation and benefits planning and management
• With working knowledge of other HR functions and processes
• Above average communication skills and good planning and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable on the labor code and other statutory requirements
• People service and results-oriented
• Required language(s): English.
