MT-S.T.A.T. Inc. is an American-owned, outsourcing company. Our company has been providing support for American clients for over five years. Our call center division is growing rapidly with two new accounts starting soon. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and be a part of the pioneering team of agents for these new accounts.

For Immediate Hiring: CALL CENTER AGENTS
Requirements:
- You MUST have at least one year's experience working in a call center, hopefully more. Please do NOT apply unless you have this experience.
- Possess excellent English skills
- Be a TEAM PLAYER, willing to help out as needed, and be flexible.
- Experience with outbound accounts is a plus. The day shift account would be calling Australia, so any experience calling that country or The United Kingdom is a big plus.
- Be willing to work the night shift—this is NOT a "shifting position". One of our new accounts will be a permanent night shift so your body can adjust to the schedule instead of the way many call centers bounce employees around: day, night, day shifts etc. Our other account calling Australia is a day shift account.
- Salary will be determined based on experience and skills but we guarantee a starting salary of AT LEAST P13,000 plus P2,000 allowances PLUS incentives. We believe in rewarding good employees with incentives, bonuses, raises etc. Our expectation is that most of our agents will earn between P20k and P25k (within a short period of time after being hired) per month including their incentives and bonuses. We know these accounts will be profitable and we believe in sharing those profits with the employees who help make us successful.
- We are located in Mango Square Mall so we're very convenient for commuting.
