Qualifications:
- Provides leadership, organize and motivate a sales team towards the achievement of sales goals
- Degree or equivalent diploma in Management
- Experience in Sales and Operations at least 2-3 years
- Strong ability to provide significant contribution in formulating sales management strategies and programs
- People oriented with a strong sense of commitment and personal responsibility
- Willing to work beyond normal work hours upon urgent call of duty
- Experience in Real Estate selling is an advantage
