TREASURY ASSISTANT
(Central Visayas - Lapu-lapu City)
Responsibilities
1. Reviews sales report and responsible for the preparation of sales invoices
2. Reviews posting, balancing and reconciling of cash transactions to ensure conformance with generally accepted accounting principles and internal control policies.
3. Monitors various company bank accounts and assists the Accounting Manager for its funding and reconciliation.
4. Responsible for the EFPS remittance of various internal revenue taxes for BIR.
5. Checks and Verifies correctness of bills for payment and process its settlement with the suppliers.
Requirement
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Graduate
- Basic knowledge in Accounting System - Quickbooks is a plus
- General knowledge in SFAS
- Accounting related job experience of one year
- With excellent leadership, interpersonal and communications skills.
