MT-S.T.A.T. Inc. is an American-owned, outsourcing company. Our company has been providing support for American clients for over six years. Our new account is very exciting and growing quickly so we need to hire a 2nd round of agents already! This is a very exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and be a part of the 2nd team of agents for this new account. We will be looking at the applicants for team leaders and even management positions!

CALL CENTER AGENTS
Requirements:
- You MUST have at least one year's experience working in a call center, hopefully more. Please do NOT apply unless you have this experience.
- Possess excellent English skills
- OLDER APPLICANTS AND WOMEN ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
- Be a TEAM PLAYER, willing to help out as needed, and be flexible.
- Experience with outbound/sales accounts is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Be willing to work the night shiftthis is NOT a "shifting position". Our accounts are on a permanent night shift so your body can adjust to the schedule instead of the way many call centers bounce employees around: day, night, day shifts etc.
Salary will be determined based on experience and skills but we guarantee a starting salary of AT LEAST P13,000 plus P2,000 allowances. We believe in rewarding good employees with incentives, bonuses, raises etc. Our expectation is that most of our agents will earn between P20k and P25k (within a short period of time after being hired) per month including their incentives and bonuses. We know these ac counts will be profitable and we believe in sharing those profits with the employees who help make us successful.
