Currently we are looking for:
CHAT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES – TECH SUPPORT
- Help with troubleshooting, tutorials, service, and provide information for new users and customers via CHAT interface.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have at least attained 1st year level in college.
- Must be able to multi-task and is detail oriented.
- Must be knowledgeable in using the computer and Internet -- TECHNICAL-KNOW-HOW
- Must have good typing speed.
- Must have excellent written and verbal English Communication Skills.
- Experie nce in working in Travel and Hospitality environment is an advantage.
