Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of Team Attendance, Scorecard and other team Metrics
- Reports generation
- Provides crucial updates and feedback to upper management
- Conducts refreshers and other reviews to direct reports as needed
- Coordination with Supervisors and Managers
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Required skill(s): time management skills, leadership skills, leadership and mentoring, Coaching Skills.
- Has worked in a Call Center en vironment for at least 2 years.
- At least 1 year experience in Team Leadership in a Call Center setting or other related work.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and the Internet.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Must be willing to work on graveyard and shifting schedules.
