FINANCE HEAD

Job Summary:
- Primarily responsible for the formulating/establishing a reliable internal control system and other finance-related policies, systems and procedures.

Qualification:
- Male/Female not more than 40 years old
- Graduate of Acc ountancy from a reputable school
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- Must have a wide experience in all Accounting processes
- Must have a good oral & written communication skills
- Has the ability to develop, monitor, implement and maintain Accounting/Finance information systems and procedures
- Must have a good managerial/supervisory skills, most preferably with at least 2-3 years experience in handling Accounting and handling personnel
- Has the ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work, handles pressure and takes day-to-day decisions on running the financial aspect of the Company.
- Has the ability to communicate effectively, able to lead and direct Accounting staff properly.
- Has the ability to analyze and resolve Accounting/Financial problems
- Has the ability to manage pressure and stress
- Has the ability to check and counter-check financial records and reports submitted by staff.
- Must be computer literate
