Currently we are looking for:
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST (for future reference)
Responsibilities:
- On-time submission of monthly/weekly reports
- On-time processing of clearances and endorsement/transmittal from Training Department for Last Pay and Training Allowance processing
- Facilitation of disciplinary actions
- Servicing of EOC notices and (or) termination notices in a timely manner.
- Facilitation of regularization/promotion contract signing in a timely manner
- Consultations regarding employee relations
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management and Social Sciences or LLB
- at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in the Employee Relations function or in other related HR fields
- Ability to understand and apply knowledge of concepts and principles on Employee Relations, Labor laws, Company Rules and Regulations or Code of Conduct, HR policies and procedures relating to Employee Relations, Performance Management, grievance procedures, disposition of employee issues and concerns, and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge in the implementation of personnel policies and procedures, employment contract terms and conditions, grievance procedures, Company Code of Conduct, case investigation mechanics & procedures, providing support and facilitating documentation requirements for effective handling and disposition of disciplinary cases.
- Knowledge in the implementation of personnel policies and procedures, employment contract terms and conditions, grievance procedures, Company Code of Conduct, case investigation mechanics & procedures, providing support and facilitating documentation requirements for effective handling and disposition of disciplinary cases.
- Ability to get along well with others; to develop and maintain effective relationships in order to encourage open communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
- Ability to convey information and express oneself clearly orally and in written form, in a persuasive or logical manner to individuals or groups to ensure that they understand the message.
- Ability to identify problems, determine possible solutions, and actively work to resolve the issues using various problem solving and decision making tools and techniques.
