A Newly Opened Medium size Resort in Mactan Island is Looking for an OPERATION HEAD to supervise the overall operations of the Hotel.
The Candidate we are looking for must be:
- College graduate, with pleasing personality, and has an experience in hotel or resort operation, and not more than 35 years old
- Must have leadership trait, honest, confidence in meeting foreign and local guests
- With excellent written and oral communications and organizational skills: Customer focused and a team player, and must have knowledge in the marketing of Hotel business
- Can work under pressure and with minimal guidance from management and must be opened minded and must be willing to learn
