WEB DESIGNER / WEB DEVELOPER
Qualifications:
- Should be very artistic and can convey with what the clients need
- Proficiency in Design, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML skills.
- Knowledge of Flash and Dream weaver as well as Web Design skills are a plus.
- Strong organization, communication and analytical skills.
- Adaptable to changing project scope and timeline.
- Ability to recognize the level of urgency for the various projects and communicate effectively with project partners.
- Ability to learn and develop new skills as needed to fulfill changing project demands.
- Solve problems effectively with strong creativity, analytical skills and objectivity.
- Ability to work well with a team, take initiative as well as direction with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Ability to multi- task in a fast pace environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customers' requests.

- Proven Web and Database Development experience.
- In depth knowledge: PHP, mySQL, AJAX, HTML/CSS and Javascript.
- Experience with 3rd party web applications such as Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla, etc.
- Web / Graphical Design skills would be desirable.
- Exceptional oral and written English Communication.
- Excellent Programming, Logical & Problem solving skills.
- Portfolio of website development and web design work.
