LPDC is a real estate developer that specializes in the development and operations of memorial gardens. We aim to promote family-oriented and child-friendly parks and gardens, catering mostly to middle-income families. LPDC has played an active role in the eternal care industry for 6 years and has 3 memorial gardens under its arm. It is becoming the most progressive enterprise in the memorial parks sector in the VISAYAS-MINDANAO regions.

We are inviting dedicated, dynamic and results-oriented professionals to be part of our team. Our needs are:

POSITION TITLE : ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
REPORTS TO : CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
JOB ASSIGNMENT: MINGLANILLA

JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsibility covers organizational development of both organic and inorganic personnel - Handles employee relations initiatives
- Designs and implements relevant training programs for the attainment of organizational objectives and facilitates hiring and selection activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least 1 year experience in HR functions
- Knowledgeable in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the Sales industry is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
