Currently we are looking for:
IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT (for Cebu and Dumaguete)
This position requires equivalent of a college degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field plus at least 6 months – 1 year experience in Information and Technology related work.
1. Basic to Intermediate knowledge in PC Hardwar, Software troubleshooting and installation.
2. Basic to Intermediate knowledge in Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS setup, CISCO technology, VLAN, VPN and Routing and Windows XP OS.
3. Average LAN/WAN and TCP/IP installation skills.
4. Average structured cabling set-up skills.
5. Average Oral and written English communications skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to work well in a team.
