RECRUITING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
- Conduct communication skills and behavioral assessment for all applicants
- Administer online hiring tool, and conduct final validation interviews.
- Ensure complete documentation of all interviews and tests.
- Accurately update Recruiting database, and send in reports to hiring supervisor in a timely manner.
- Prepare employment contracts and conduct job offer.
- Support internal recruitment programs, and represent Vector BPO in various external recruitment activities.
- Support Recruiting team in closing ramps and hitting targets
- Participate in planning and implementation of sourcing initiatives.
- Actively assess current Sourcing and Recruiting processes, and contribute ideas to improve hiring procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year solid experience in Recruitment, specifically in conducting Final Interviews.
- Preferably trained and certified in targeted selection
- Proficient in planning and time management, and has a strong decision making skills.
- Above average oral and written English communication skills.
- Proactive
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Preferably a graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Willing to work overtime, over the weekend and on holidays.
