LOALDE is in need of an OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR with the following qualifications:
• Female, at least 25 years of age
• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related course
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• With experience in a manufacturing firm preferably in garment company
• With experience in handling people and must possess strong leadership and high degree of initiative
• Honest and trustworthy
• With great sense of responsibility and good work ethics
• Prompt, well-organized and give attention to details
• Can work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime and on Sundays and Holidays
Position Objective
1. To design new operating system to improve production efficiency.
2. To promote proper implementation of efficient operating system and controls.
3. To monitor workers efficiency to achieve maximum level of productivity.
4. To provide management with an accurate product cost.
5. To closely coordinate with Accounting Department for the submission of production cost report.
6. To provide management with relevant production reports or any other related reports with in the minimum period of time.
