Currently we are looking for:
CORPORATE COMPENSATION ANALYST (for Cebu)
This position requires the equivalent of a college degree in Psychology, Business Management major in Human Resources, Accountancy or a related field plus at least 3 – 5 years experience in Compensation and Benefits.
1. Able to leverage technology into compensation processes, have a good understanding of merit pay and compensation structuring
2. Broad knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
3. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
4. Solid knowledge of compensation related laws and regulations.
5. Average Oral and written English communication skills.
6. Skill in analyzing job content and writing accurate job descriptions
7. Demonstrates ability to conduct market research utilizing various resources
8. Strong proficiency in using MS Office, specially MS EXCEL
