LPDC is a real estate developer that specializes in the development and operations of memorial gardens. We aim to promote family-oriented and child-friendly parks and gardens, catering mostly to middle-income families. LPDC has played an active role in the eternal care industry for 6 years and has 3 memorial gardens under its arm. It is becoming the most progressive enterprise in the memorial parks sector in the VISAYAS-MINDANAO regions.
We are inviting dedicated, dynamic and results-oriented professionals to be part of our team. Our needs are:
POSITION TITLE : CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE / CASHIER (2)
REPORTS TO : FINANCE AND ADMIN / BRANCH MANAGER
JOB ASSIGNMENT: MINGLANILLA and TOLEDO
JOB SUMMARY:
- Handles frontline client transactions such as inquiries, accepting payments, and processing of sales documents.
- The function is essential in establishing strong corporate image and in building client relationship.
- Most importantly, handling monies is one of the major assignments, as well as generating accurate and timely reports required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Accounting or Management graduate
- With at least 1 year experience in Frontline sales function or cashiering
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Above-average written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Quickbooks (preferred) and Microsoft Office Application
- With pleasing personality
- Not more than 35 years old
