HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Qualifications:
- Female, preferably single and not more than 35 years of age
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any behavioral science course
- Must be familiar in all facets of Human Resources such as Recruitment, Labor Laws, Employee Relations, Training & Development, etc.
- Highly dependable, persevering, service oriented and able to relate well with people
- Must be organized, dynamic, matured, self-driven individual & has relevant supervisory skills
- With at least 3 4 years supervisory experience
- Can work under pressure with less supervision & willing to extend long hours
- Above par oral and written communication skills
