HR SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:
► Female; not more than 35 years old
► Must be a graduate of at least a four (4) year college course, preferably on Psychology and other behavioral sciences
► With at least two (2) – three (3) years experience in recruitment, manpower planning, performance appraisal, training and development and implementation of HR policies
► Aggressive but has a pleasant personality and has a good interpersonal skills
► Able to apply a high degree of discretion and exercise sound judgment in dealing with sensitive issues and confidential matters
► Must be organized, dynamic, matured, self-driven individual and result oriented
► With good oral and written communication skills
► Must be computer literate
