Currently we are looking for:

HR ASSISTANT – RECRUITMENT (for Dumaguete)

This position requires the equivalent of a college degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in Human Resource Management or a related field plus 8 months – 1 year experience in Volume Recruitment.

1. Basic knowledge of Recruitment processes.
2. Basic knowledge of Behavioral interviewing techniques.
3. Above average Oral and written English communication skills.
4. Above average Customer Service skills
5. Average Initial Interview skills.
6. Average computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office, especially in MS EXCEL, MS WORD and MS POWERPOINT.
7. Average analytical skills.
8. Ability to plan and organize work.
9. Ability to work well in a team.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
