VALDES ABAD & ASSOCIATES (Formerly: Carlos J Valdes & Associates) is a general professional partnership engaged in the practice of public accountancy, tax, management consultancy, and related services. It was founded on May 1, 1951 by Atty. Carlos J. Valdes, a former Philippine Ambassador to Japan and People's Republic of Mongolia.
To date, VAA offers a wide range of professional services carried out by competent full-time professionals and specialists. At the basic level, there is the statutory audit and annual income tax preparation. This is complemented by management advisory, tax and corporate counseling, and other services. To augment the services available, the Firm has developed the capability to tap, mobilize, and organize project teams from a pool of affiliated institutions and professional consultants and practitioners.
The Firm's clients represent a cross-section of the nation's public and private, including domestic and multinational corporations in varied industries, such as agri-business, utilities, financial institutions, construction and manufacturing, to name a few.
Perceiving the growing needs of Philippine business, the Firm has acquired staff with competence in such diverse technical fields as electronics, computer technology and telecommunications, industrial/chemical/electrical engineering, transportation, petroleum, and pharmaceuticals.
Valdes Abad & Associates is a wholly-owned Filipino partnership. It is a member of or is represented in the following professional associations: the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice (ACPAPP), Auditing and Assurance Standards Council (AASC), and Cebu Chamber of Commerce, to name a few.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Male or Female
• Between 20 to 30 years old
• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy (CPA is an advantage)
• With good scholastic records
• Computer literate
