RECRUITMENT MANAGER
Descriptions:
- The Recruitment team is responsible for sourcing and selection of high volume recruitment requirements as well as leadership team and support requirements in the Cebu Chase Card Services business at JP Morgan Chase & Co.
- This role will lead the recruitment efforts for our captive start up operations in Cebu and will build a team of recruiters to meet the growing needs of our business.
- In this role you will partner closely with a sourcing team, HR Business Partners, Compensation team, Onboarding team and operations leads. The person in this role will be primarily responsible for delivering on hiring plans of the Chase Card Services business and developing and maintaining successful client relationships.
Key accountabilities for this role include;
• Client Relationship leadership - owning client relationships, attending senior client meetings, building credibility for the recruitment function, effective communication and execution of the recruitment team's hiring plans and strategy
• People leadership - managing Recruiter performance, managing the Cebu Recruitment team, continuously developing talent and acting with integrity at all times
• Thought leadership - reducing operating costs without risking service levels, and driving innovation for creative ideas and suggestions
• Results leadership - driving recruitment results, tracking recruitment metrics, delivering on hiring plans
• Senior Recruitment - sourcing and selection, interviewing
• Sourcing - driving sourcing efforts required to ensure a continuous candidate pipelines
• Vendor management - management relationships and performance of key vendor partner through strong service level agreements.
Qualifications
Essential Skills/Experience
• 7+ years recruitment background handling volume hiring
• HR or Recruitment Team Management experience
• Experience recruiting in the call center industry with captive and financial services experience a strong plus
• Thorough knowledge of sourcing and recruitment
• Strong relationship skills with the ability to build partnerships with clients, vendors and HR colleagues
• Strong organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written - English essential
• Strong marketing and networking skills
