PROCESS TRAINER

The Role:

• New Hire Training for Process.
• Support transition.
• Work with the business to determine the area's of opportunity and build interventions to support them.
• Conduct Re-fresher trainings.
• Multi tasking and MIS management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with 1to 3 years related experience.
• Previous CSD/collections experience will be a value add.
• Experience in call center / credit card / customer service areas.
• Excellent Communications Skills ( Both Written & Verbal )
• Prior Training Experience would be preferred
• Excellent facilitation skills.
• Should have excellent process knowledge
• Ability to train , Coach for both service and collections
• Good understanding of Inbound and Outbound calls C-sat trends, negotiations skills
• Ability to transfer knowledge & check applicability
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.
• Strong Stress & Time Management Skills
• Self Starter, Flexible and Willing to Stretch for Business Needs
• Team player and willing to learn from peers
• Computer knowledge to which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
