CALL CENTER AGENT
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE ABOVE AVERAGE COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Must be willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and service-oriented environment
Previous call center experience from inbound technical support or outbound sales is an advantage but not a requirement
Completed at least 2 years of college education, or a 2-year diploma/certificate course, preferably in an Engineering or Computer-related field
Willing to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
Qualified applicants will be working a 4 day work week
