Job Descriptions:

Roles & Responsibilities include specific functions/ tasks/ performance objectives:
• Manages infrastructure supervisors; includes all people management processes (performance management), staffing (candidate selection, interviewing and hiring) and day-to-day leadership and guidance to assign work to team and/or function
• Oversees the implementation of tactical plans to address immediate business and key tasks with limited oversight or guidance from direct management
• Prioritizes team workload and effectively delegates responsibilities across assigned area of responsibility
• Develops, reviews and revises processes to meet business requirements and maintain customer focus
• Plans and manages budget process as assigned; manages department to forecasted headcount
• Assists in planning for changes in business scope or customer requirements by working within framework provided by direct manager
• Acts as primary point of contact for first-level escalations
• Supports all assigned projects for area of responsibility and leads intra-team projects
• Develops tactical plans to address immediate business and key tasks; frequently interacts with next level Infrastructure manager to obtain guidance and additional direction
• Fosters collaborative working relationships with associates, peers and clients both within and across organizational boundaries.
• Acts as primary point of contact for first-level escalations; supports all assigned projects for area of responsibility; leads intra-team and intra-department projects; develops, reviews, and revises processes to be customer focused

- Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures and security practices to safeguard the company's employees, assets and property information.
- Maintain extensive internal contacts within the company's different lines of business.
- Coordinate security and investigation activities for all Philippines based operations
- Manage various security and alarm systems controlled by the regional 24-hour console in Singapore

Qualifications:
• Industry related degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience leading organizational and operational change initiatives mandatory
• 8-10 years experience managing medium to large departments, including budget responsibility desired
• Experience leading the development and execution of organizational missions, objectives, and milestones desired

- Proven interpersonal skills
